Nice play on words there Tots and indeed, a very humorous anecdote to my attempt at witticism. However, we should all be careful because I've heard of people who object to humor on the grounds that it spoils their depression.

Very pleased that Defoe is starting - the West Ham connection should fire him up. Also glad that Soldado is not starting - he's played OK but hasn't done enough to keep his place.
It might have been good to start with Holtby as well considering the understanding he seems to have with Defoe.
Given that Liverpool, Man City, Man Utd and Chelsea have all won (Arsenal will probably win too), today is even more of a must win than it already was.
Soldado is a better player than Defoe but he deserves his chance. Defoe's play is very one dimensional in comparison but he can score.
Think Defoe deserves his chance, and the pace could hurt west ham! Not good for fantasy though. Rose still not fit? We could really do with winning this after the weekend's results
He may not have much end product in the prem at the moment, but Townsends dribbing is asbsolutely class.
