You beat me to a few on the Schalke game, I remember. It just ended up with us both repeating eachother a few moments later but that always happens on match threads anyway. Definitely need a win here but I'm optimistic looking at West Brom's line up, they've gone for both Lukkaku and Long upfront so I'd be surprised if this ended in a draw, either we turn up and win or don't and lose. Clattenburg is always a concern too, lets hope he has a quiet game!
looking at the line up, i would normally expect defoe to be isolated, dempsey look.lost and it be a hard long 45 minutes until we come to life.......Holtby to make an impression 2nd half. However i sball remain positive and look forward to an exciting, attacking display.
Now hbic is joining in haha We need a big performance today, we've shown quality in patches in he last few weeks but by and large it's been individual quality rather than good team play, and we've been dire for periods of games as well. We're hardly in the doldrums right now but a loss, or maybe even a draw would somewhat dampen our fires. Lets well and truly stoke them up with a real statement of intent today.
