Put out a clear call to action around a month ago, lauding Tanguy's talent and ability but challenging him to be more of a team player (which involves giving a toss about the fate of your team, not just when and where you pass the ball). Looks like the player hasn't responded at all to that challenge, unsurprisingly.

It should be mentioned we have kept 5 clean sheets in 8 games with the same group of defenders who couldn't buy a clean sheet in Home Sense for most of last and the beginning of this season. The forward play needs a huge amount of work, no question, but it has been a hell of a long time since we were hard to beat.
But big tests coming up with 3 games against Chelsea and 1 against Arsenal. Not forgetting Morecombe in between.
We look a lot like early-days Poch. Great if a team comes out against us but can struggle a bit to break down a low block. Ultimately the solution is the same - more creativity in central midfield and getting the players moving themselves and the ball faster and more intelligently. Part of that is coaching but we clearly need additions too.
