Deserved win - disappointed with our defensive game in the second half - thought we'd left that behind with Monk.
****ing hell that was tough. Pretty good performance, should've scored more but 3 more points is all I care about. Kudos to LVG for making me horny
Would have been a travesty if we hadn't won that. Once again we show we can grind it out when we need to. Though quite right, we could have had double figures if we'd put even half our chances away. Eriksen had a superb game which was good, as he's been so-so for much of the season.
Well done lads. Certainly not the best performance but they found a way and that's massive for us. Another big week of London derbies coming up. It's going to be stressful but this is what we've waiting years for. COYS!!!
1 Leicester 27 20 56 2 Tottenham 27 28 54 3 Arsenal 27 17 51 4 Man City 26 20 47 5 Man Utd 27 10 44 6 West Ham 27 10 43
this is a very big week, i say that every week,..do the gooners and well im not saying anything else!
Good 2nd half response and a brilliant result with the Goons dropping points at OT. Thought Walker was excellent as well last 45 so just as well he stayed on.... Ground out a result when it looked to be 'on of those days' - allegedly something the best teams do. COYS!!!
Those youngsters are learning so fast. Came back against Palace at Selhurst to win really well, held City when they equalised and then popped in the winner and now coming from behind when the 'keeper's having a worldie and the pressure's on! Wow, really just Wow!! Lads, we love your heart and spirit! In my 47 years as a Spur,I've not seen a team like this before.Bloody proud of the lot of you!
Yeah they're saying that about Leicester as well, but they didn't win by having 30+ shots, they won by being jammy. However bad words against Leicester are no longer allowed in punditry apparently. Anyway, great - and deserved - win, what a record at coming back from being behind!
Away to a resurgent Wet Spam is not a game to look forward to at this stage - and a visit to Upton Park on a Wednesday night is one of the last places on my 'to do' list. But it has to be 100% focus and then see whats left for the NLD. In years gone by I would already have been downbeat about the prospects of these matches, but the lads certainly wont give it up - that's one thing they've continued to show. The next 2 games are now season-making or breaking. COYS!!!
Very disappointed with our new Italian manager, sitting back deep on a 1 goal lead is not for me, and sadly that's how our game has gone this season, we have wingers in Barrow and Montero who can hurt team defences, but they hardly see a game, Montero not even on the bench, and it was criminal for a Swansea team to allow you so much territory and possession, be glad when this season is over, best of luck for the rest of the season..........
I'm too old for this Spurs.Talk about biting one's finger nails.I'll be chewing on my toe nails next!!!~!
