Yeah, you can see quite a lot but your perception of depth at the other end is way out. My mate shouted "shoot" when Parker had the ball on the edge of the area, I looked up at the Jumbotron and Scotty was actually about 35 yards out and would have had to hit it through about 4 Swansea players :D

I don't usually sit that low but it's a bit of fun every once in awhile, like going right next to the away fans.

Haha, I actually thought Bale got our 3rd, at first. Next time I'm bringing some glasses.

Yep, OS, it was a quality strike and something VDV specialises in. He scored a classic in one of our away games (Wigan or Blackburn?), when Walker broke through, and crossed, had VDV hesitated probably no goal, but he hit it straightaway and in it went.

Walker got a lot of credit that day, deservedly so, but VDV's cool finish turned a chance into a goal.

To me VDV is the best finisher at our club for many a year. Probably all the way back to Klinsmann, (who was a better player all round) and maybe as far back as Lineker.

Rafa hit another shot early yesterday as well that was going in, till it took an unlucky deflection. We didn't even get a corner.

JD often catches keepers out too with early shots, but he isn't as clinical and controlled with his shooting as VDV.

Good game yesterday. Enjoyed the match although obviously disappointed with the result. At 1-1 I thought we were going to push on and win it but Spurs had that extra bit of class (which you would expect from a well established team going for a CL spot) which told in the end.

It was nice to go to an away game and see the home fans singing - haven't seen that at too many PL grounds this season!

PGF - your team is a credit to the Premier League. No more to be said than that really.

Thanks, PGF. We've been fairly quiet at times this season so I was pleased that we got some good spells of chanting going, although we went quiet after going one-nil up but I think that was nerves after our recent run of bad results. Full credit to your fans, you came in numbers sang loudly and stayed right 'til the end.
