Complete tosh, Lidls Ade may not be getting goals, but his attitude has been fine in all the games I have seen and he certainly appears to be part of the 'team'. He is going through a lean spell - in part no doubt due to the reasons identified by PNP above, but I have no doubt that he can come through that. What I would not disagree with is that AVB needs to prove his motivational skills: but that should apply to any manager who has a player going through any form of crisis of confidence. Seems to happen quite regularly to some other notable strikers - Rooney for one.......
