Stoke's first real chance of their own creation and it's a decent save from Lloris, though Diouf should've done better. Sloppy end to a half which we dominated, despite not creating enough chances. We've had enough of the play to have killed this off. Mason unlucky not to put us 2-0 up. Good save by Butland. 2 minutes of stoppage time? Where did that come from?
2-0! Chadli. Not done a lot, but he's scored. Sums him up, really. Great run by Davies, superb ball by Kane and a nice finish from the Belgian, with a bit of a nick.
Great half of football. Still some sloppy stuff from both sides but both sides creating chances and a few poor touches and great saves keeping the goal count to just 2. We thoroughly deserve the 2 goal lead though, we started brightest and have handled taking the lead pretty well, picking them off with balls over the top. Pleased for Davies getting that assist. He hasn't had much impact for us so far but hopefully this will help him regain his confidence. Would like to see Walker pushed up to the wing for the second half, especially with him on a booking. Either get Dier out there and put Bentaleb on or just bring Trippier on.
Trippier would be best, for me. Arnautovic is causing Walker a lot of problems. He's had very little cover, but Stoke have had very little of the ball.
