I'm not going to call you anything Dona. Yes I do believe that and I'm sorry it's no consolation for you,it is for me. I am happy with the point considering that were behind after 90 minutes.
me too...hard to believe it is the same team pre Newcastle match...twice we have lost Lennon to injury for long periods and twice we cant cope.
The only consolations tonight: VdV FINALLY scores We've moved further away from Chelsea The performance and our result are nothing to write home about.
They didn't focus at all Lidls, but you have to question some of the instructions to the team, again. Why is Bale playing so centrally at the moment, for a start?
That is the biggest load of ballcocks ONLY a Spurs fan could make such a statement.. OUR ONLY chance I watched the game on-line?? Absolute perfect away performace until Fergie time.. pft
Perfect away performance? Bar Walters' awful header when he was miles offside, Friedel didn't make a save. You had absolutely none of the ball in the second half and you were timewasting from the second minute. Awful.
Please not Poll Thanks for taking the bait and thanks for the FOUR pts this season. FIRST half? we DID anyway good luck for the rest of the season.. Timewasting ?? excuse after excuse after .... see ya next season.
King Yeah, some T**T hacked my account thankfully for me I'm still here. I never did find out who the T**T was either.
Remember seeing this unfold on Stoke board involving a hacked account and a nasty practical joke ... if you can call it that
P NOT Poll Are you still upset? we had a run in after our lucky win earlier in the season. Tonight was NOT luck or lucky for Stoke, just lucky that you had six minutes extra time. I'm not complaining about the result and would have take a pt beforehand. The TRUTH is, we had a great first half being the away team and if not for Mr Pulis bringing off a forward who knows?. HAPPY with a pt and I HOPE you are also.
I think the pressures of being so high in the table is getting to Spurs. Arsenal have regained the North London throne for now, but there is still a lot to play for. Basically Spurs' chances of top 4 is going to hinge on the Chelsea game. Lose that and I think you will fall apart, win it and its a more comfortable race between Spurs and Arsenal for 3rd.
Maybe - the Capello/England situation certainly didn't help. BBC stating we've taken 4/15 points since that day. Considering our form before that, it would take something special to convince me that it's not had some sort of effect on us.
You had one meaningful chance and virtually no possession, Pottermouth. The 5 minutes of stoppage time was added on because of your blatant time wasting and the goal came after 3, which is pretty much the minimum that's ever played. You totally rode your luck and our pathetic set-pieces cost us badly, again. I can see why you're happy, but be realistic. That was not a good away performance, by any means. It wasn't a good home performance either, as our final ball was frequently diabolical.
The other thing to remember is that Redknapp was virtually uninvolved in the build up to the Newcastle game, as Levy gave him the week off and paid for him to have a holiday after his court case. Throw in the poor cup performances and it's hard to dismiss the connection.
