Normally agree with you PNP but not on this one I'm afraid-Chiriches is suited to right back to where he came from. Fortunately it's only two games he'll miss and Dier will fill in again unless Walker is back.
Dier's utterly unsuited to the role too, though. He really can't deal with simple diagonal balls to his winger, for some reason. Cost us a goal and probably the game against Newcastle and Asteras exploited it too, but were completely wasteful in front of goal. Chiriches is getting slaughtered for a couple of very bad games following a long injury. Lots of very good teams have been linked with him and he looked good for his previous club and his national team, so either there's a player in there somewhere or he's got a very good agent.
