Suspect is the key word really. And tbh I suspect you're wrong as UEFA have said the issue is the game can't be rearranged rather than we broke the rules.
The training complex closed , covid rampaged through the squads and staff , safety for the players ,staff and families of both sides seemed the correct option

Yeah I know, hence they are looking at what to do cos the game can't be rearranged. My understanding is that we are not being investigated cos we failed to to follow the rule regarding they number of players available from our UEFA squad.
Rennes got the arse and refused to contemplate a new date. Considering it doesn't matter to them I think they have behaved pretty classlessly tbh.
Pipe down. There wasn't an available date before 31st December. There's few blank dates in the diary for a routine postponement for any reason at any time. As I said before, the administrators are to blame by saturating the calendar with club and international fixtures. Ancient Greek letter COVID is back to bite them on the bum.
They were cocks from the minute it was cancelled ... should have wound their necks in and said they hope all those affected make a quick and full recovery. But instead they did a piss poor Mourinho impression. Might be wrong but think that when there was talk of a possible extension past 31st December they refused all dates out of hand.
