Got there with 1 hour 20 minutes to go thanks, then found out that the plane coming in from Nairobi was running behind schedule. It had been re-scheduled for 18:35 and eventually took off at 19:10. It was a rush in Nairobi for the connection, I didn't even have time for a smoke. Thank heaven for electronic cigarettes, they don't set the alarms off in the toilets on aeroplanes, or at least, none of mine have yet. I've had a good sleep and ready to go out, curry house is only half a mile up the road. Vindaloo here I come, 22 degrees outside so curry au d'hors me thinks.
Wish I was BS9, it would be easier than bloody gold mining and of course, many of our rivals might find themselves losing key players prior to our fixtures.
You know,I think players for other teams watch him and think "Oh!Just easy goals!" Yeah! You try and do it!!!!!!
It's the Lineker effect. Stand in the right place and you'll get plenty of tap-ins. It's knowing where to stand that's the problem. Kane's movement and workrate is often very hard to deal with, so defenders either get knackered, switch off or lose track of who's marking him. A split second and he's not where you thought he was and he's putting the ball into the net. He scores from everywhere too, so a midfielder failing to track back or a winger not wanting to come inside can give him a free shot. His hat-trick in this game was a header and two shots with his weaker foot. Burnley was two right and one left. He's progressively getting more goals with his weaker foot and has scored more with it this season than with his predominant one.
