It's wait and see for me as it's too difficult to call but if we can take the lead then I'll be more confident. Poch made nine changes for the Leicester match so our strongest team should be used and well rested. This is our only realistic chance of a pot this season and then only an outside chance I feel. Chelsea's loss yesterday with Liverpool so close after will still hurt and I went for Pool to beat them over two legs and now feel more confident. I said before the semis that the winner of that semi will win the cup.
I guess that is the upside of guns everywhere. They don't allow brawling to become popular. My guess is that after domestic violence, the leading cause of murder in the US is a lost fist fight. I don't know how many times I've read about guys getting beat up, getting their guns and shooting the guy they're mad at (or someone who looked like him, an innocent bystander, etc). That's an argument I haven't heard the gun lobby use, that guns discourage fighting. Not to say it's a very good one, but it may not be as bad as their other ones. Sheffield and Pittsburgh are often compared as steel towns. Pittsburgh has long since moved on to become a Unipal (University Hospital Complex). Perhaps this is true of Sheffield as well. Growing up in Pittsburgh when it was still a steel town, I wouldn't say it had a brawling culture, exactly. Everyone's motto seemed to be, never start fights, always finish them, which kept things pretty reasonable, I thought. It wasn't cool to go out looking for fights. The "National City of Sport" may (or may not) have some reference to the fact that Sheffield could be called the first city of professional sport. One of the Sheffield teams is the second oldest professional football team, I understand. Also, Harry Wright, the organizer of what I believe to be the first all professional team of any kind, the 1869 Cincinnati Reds, was born in Sheffield.
