I think a few people on here may end up eating their words re Lamela.

Meanwhile, Sky's featured game is still 0-0.

The players are pulling out some party tricks now. Little early for that, as entertaining as it may be.
Big changes at HT for QPR, I think. Redknapp will be furious with their play.

    Agree Roo.

After they picked apart Lamela on MOTD2 last week I hope they do the same thing tonight but in a positive way.

QPR are just sitting there, not pressing, their shape is wrong. This is brilliant to watch but unfortunately teams aren't going to make it this easy for us each week.

Would like all our opposition to play 3-5-2.

Adebayor's doing a decent job. Nearly scored as I post this.
His movement away from the middle leaves their centre-halves with a crap choice.
They either follow him out and get dragged out of position or they stand in the middle marking nobody, with a bunch of midfielders running at them at pace.

    1st half critique :

The passing out from the back four is still too slow and sideways.
    Moments of sloppiness in MF.

Very good first half against some rather questionable opposition.
We need to keep up the good work in the second half, keep our collective foot on the gas and adjust to whatever they do to sort their tactics out.
I'd expect Dunne to go off for a midfielder and some possession football from QPR, dropping the ball around deep and trying to draw us out.

They can't not be positive. Same reason that all the haters on here are silent. 4 assists in 2 games this week, and he changed the game on Thursday. Good on him.

What has happened to us? We look excellent today.
Eriksen is a joy to watch when he plays like this. Creativity and flair that just makes him such a "spurs" player.

    Great 1st half. COYS!!

Regardless of how poor QPR's pressing and shape is, our movement and interchanging is a joy to watch.
