Vicario isvthe senior player and he is the goalkeeper it's his area. He can see what Gray can't and still makes a hospital pass. I am confident where the real blame lies

Bentancur was badly at fault, allowing Hudson-Odoi too much space and time to get the cross in.

I think it’s the person passing it to him to help make that judgement and just because you call it doesn’t mean it has to be passed to you
Therefore you take the responsibility to make the decision
