Slow slow. sideways slow CM once again.

Appalling ability to accurately pass or control the ball
by "professionals" paid tens of thousands per week.

Cumulative timidity + risk aversion in attack over the seasons.

Conte really has a task and a half on his hands.

Doherty made a difference when he came on and it was his movement that ended with the Son goal.

Good result and definitely some positives.
Skippy is maturing fast. Lucas was lively as usual and scored a worldie. Son very bright. Davies good defensively and as an attacking force.
Kane improved towards the end to be fair, but he's so far away from his best it's worrying.

Frustrating game , if they had some finishers it could have been a very different result but same could be said for Kane who can't buy a goal atm
Good show from Skipp , that sliding tackle and pass was a gem but by christ we need creation in midfielders
Lucas goal must be a goal of the season,

He didn't do too bad but I don't think he was in the 'assist' zone for that goal <laugh>

That tackle by Williams on Bergwign was dangerous. Took his standing leg on the follow through.
Can't believe that the ref didn't review it.

Yeah, Bergwijn wasn’t moving well after too. Hope Højbjerg is ok too.

Very important 3 points but the scoreline certainly flattered us.
Dier again excellent throughout he really is looking the part this season and even with future incomings I csn see him being a fixture in Contes team in the long term.
Davies and Sanchez improved as the game wore on. Davies in particular does get forward well from LCB.

PEH hit and miss but his partner in crime Skippy was brilliant again. Absolutely love him and can't wait to see the player we know he can become. Long term I'd say its PEH who could miss out once we get that midfield passer.
Tanganga is promising but ner a RWB , just doesn't have the inclination or ability when he gets to the byline to criss. Actually though Doherty did OK when he came on.
Sess did well he's clearly an intelligent player but needs to show more aggression in his play.
Kane did OK but he just can't buy a goal for us at the moment, he's not quite hitting those corners of the goal that he always used too.
Son busy and Lucas especially first half was superb. Just wish he had consistency in his game.

Midfield creativity still a huge issue and our right hand side certainly needs major surgery in future transfer windows.

Why are we talking about such trivial matters as our match when the most important thing is that Man Utd won their game?
