I'm not going to get into the rest of the argument, but Sandro didn't go far at all in the last international break.
They played Iraq in Malmo, Sweden and Japan in Wroclaw, Poland.
The USA played in Kansas and St. John's. Much longer trip.

Nice to see you back, by the way, THFC6061.

PNP - If you don't want to get into it, then don't, I'm well aware of Brazils last games, and wasn't specifying a mileage count. 'In general' Sandro will travel the same if not more than Demps, and who cares anyway, American/Sth. American players have been travelling around the globe for years, why now an excuse for poor fitness/form...its not is it, its pure and utter rubbish.

Bloody good thread i even learnt some things about my own team, Norwich winning 23 times for one<ok>

    I`m going for a 1 0 Norwich win with Tettey hitting a screamer from 30 yards......:emoticon-0109-kiss:

I'd really like to see Ade against Norwich--I'd like to see him against Wigan, too, for that matter, but I understand AVB about this--so hopefully they've got some frog repellent ready.

I'm leaning towards not changing the lineup much. This is one of our two best chances for a cup, and I agree that a cup and fourth should be this season's benchmarks (along with finishing ahead of Arsenal).

Nothing like as embarrassing as YOU with your "inside info" on the team for last Sunday, when you "exclusively" revealed Falque, Lloris and Demeble would all start. Not only did you make a tit of yourself once with this "inside info", but you did it 3 times <doh>.

Best laugh I have had in years, seeing you post that crap <laugh>.

You misunderstand what he said. Sandro certainly does travel a lot and he's not the only one.

If anyone was wrong it was you for suggesting Dempsey might not be over his jet lag, I've never heard of it lasting nearly 2 weeks before! If I were you I'd avoid being so confrontational and demanding apologies, all it does is rile everyone up. As I've said to you before, everyone else seems to be able to disagree with eachother without getting into arguments.

Christ Ghoddle, the two are not connected.
    I'll try once more.

We were 4-0 up against Newcastle at half time. We only scored one in the second half. I felt that we should have scored more in the second half like two or even three. That we only scored one said to me that we were still not on totally good form because as we know we dropped a lot of points to teams like Norwich at home. The fact that we only scored one goal in that second half was an indicator to me and perhaps only to me that we wouldn't make the CL or get third place. I posted that at the time.

Now reading were 4-0 up after 37 minutes and then 4-1 at half time. No goals came for Reading in the second half. A second half totally bereft of goals after 4 in the first half. If I had been a Reading supporter at half time being so far ahead I'd have wanted another 2 at least as my team were scoring so freely. The fact that no more goals came said to me that my team was not firing on all cylinders. I feel if any team is so far ahead and no more goals come in the second half then something is fundamentally wrong, that there is a weakness somewhere. Now I felt that as we only scored one goal in the second half against Newcastle that there was a weakness there and there was wasn't there? Now iI feel the same way after last Sunday. Two goals up and no more came after 39 minutes and we only won 2-1. There is a weakness somewhere in our team Ok. Now I can say that there is a weakness in our team can't I? it's not a crime to criticize our team is it?

Edit - I did complain about my post being deleted, but I can see others have been as well - so fair enough.

Or maybe I'm wrong and they haven't been. Anyway it doesn't matter, I've had enough of arguing this matter tonight. <ok>.
