Van de ven putting in one of the worst performances I’ve ever seen from a Spurs defender.

Been great all season but today has exposed him. Great defenders have bad games but nothing like this.

It all comes from being completely incapable of holding onto the ball in their final 3rd. We’ve been shocking in our attempts to control the game. VdV is having an awful game but even at his best you can’t expose a defence like that.

 

Magpie in peace: I would point out that some of the talk of a "bogey team" are over-stressed. Our last two visits to your place have been 4-1 and 5-1 losses!
