The new year RCL just wants to point out that...
A) the 1981 cup win (which ended with THAT Ricky Villa goal) began with a disappointing 1-1 away draw to a lower league QPR team managed by a former spurs player (Venables).
Just saying like...
and
B) How posh does RCL sound refering to himself in the third person?
One most certainly would not stoop to such improprietyPosh isn’t the word I’d use for anyone who refers to themself in the third person![]()

Well, if the last 20 is anything to go by, let's start with Lo Celso and Lamela (if stays fit).Who’s the alternative?
People keep saying drop Alli and don’t play Eriksen or Aurier but who can come in?
SO WHY THE **** DIDN'T YOU BRING ON TROY PARROTT????????????

Jose 100% wants an experienced striker this window so wouldn’t suit his narrative if he played Troy Parrott just in case the youngster came good![]()
On present form... and less of the laughter emoji...Lamela over Alli or Eriksen?
Lo Celso offers what exactly?
Did you not watch today?Lamela over Alli or Eriksen?

I obviously do but I have probably seen a lot more of him than you. Even on the very limited minutes he has had for us he has shown he can offer more than Eriksen currently does. I think you would be unlikely to find a player as good as him for less than £20 million.I must see a different Lo Celso to you, neat and tidy player but no stand out qualities and Spurs could find someone equally as good as him for half the money.

I think it's still too early to pass judgement on Lo Celso but watching him play, I don't see many if any comparisons between him and Eriksen. Not a criticism at all just think they have very different styles, which is why it was a bit strange we brought him in to presumably be the Dane's successor. From day 1, Eriksen had 'playmaker' written all over him. That ability to play the game at the tempo of his choice and seemingly find pockets of space where others could not.
Lo Celso - maybe it's the Latin american combative style - seems to enjoy playing more like Lamela does: in the thick of it surrounded by opposition players. If anything, he strikes me as a blend between Lamela and Winks, which in the long run may prove useful but tbh right now is not the player we're crying out for. I'd say the same about Sessegnon - he's a bit neither here nor there in terms of his style. We are struggling to get the best out of both players because neither of them is good enough to build a system around (although Aurier, apparently, is - go figure.) but at the same time the system (or lack thereof) we are using isn't allowing them to play to their strengths either.
