7/10 for me. Some of the football in the first half was excellent at times and we are doing OK - but the 2nd half performance wasn't good and against a stronger team we would have paid a heavier price. And we urgently need an on-field 'leader'....
I do wonder how someone gets through life as a Spurs fan when they can't even be positive about our best start in 51 years. The accumulative mental anguish when we fail to tonk teams 3 or 4 nil every week must be very hard to bear. Yes Liverpool are playing some good attacking football atm, and they were the better team for large parts of the game when we played them. But they've failed to keep a clean sheet in any of their 6 PL games so far and that's why we're above them, and unbeaten, even without playing at our best.
Looks like MP agrees, we have to learn to close games out!... http://soccer.nbcsports.com/2016/09/24/pochettino-urges-unbeaten-spurs-to-be-more-ruthless/
A lovely man. My type, well mannered, suited and booted on a match day, in a long term stable relationship, and a decent hair cut. Plus, a massive Spurs man.
Poch said it was a shame we only scored twice so what's the difference between what he's saying and what I'm saying?
If you say so. What I'm saying is that if we beat the lower teams more convincingly then we will have a better chance of beating the top teams.
Unless you pronounce his name "Duhgacuh" instead of "DeeGeeSee" then it's not an acronym. Just saying.
If we lose to Man City (could happen, they've beaten everyone else they've played), is the plan then to say "told you so"?
