    TBH some players do need a minder to get the best out of them - and not just crap ones, either

    Case in point, look at various RBs we've had who benefitted from having Aaron Lennon or Erik Lamela willing to either drop into the gap left when they push forward (or, in Lamela's case, being just as likely to take out somebody looking to break through the gap) compared to the days of Lucas & Aurier being the Bermuda Triangle on the right where the ball goes in but we never see it unless the opponents get it
