I'd have zero problems with that. Really do think Skipp can become a top, top player but he needs the minutes. If he doesn't get much between now and the end of season, a season long loan deal in the summer is a must.
Feel the same might happen for Parrott. Both need to play and can probably do so at a good level. I actually think Parrott is more likely to go out than Skipp, Mou likes Skippy and I think he’ll get played.
Jose said Kane, Sissoko and Son will start on Friday. Unsure on Gio at the moment but should be involved in some capacity.
Suggests a 4 3 3 with Sissoko playing Lloris Aurier Vertonghen/Sanchez Alderweireld Davies N'Dombele Sissoko Winks/Fernandes/Dier Son Kane Bergwijn/Lamela/Moura
From that, I would guess the following lineup: Lloris Aurier Toby Jan Davies Sissoko Winks NDombele Son Kane Bergwijn With GLC coming off the bench at some point.
Not sure if I'm reading too much into it but the latest video on YouTube could be an indicator for tomorrow's XI if you judge it by the bib colour. The ten players pictured in pink bibs essentially cover the outfield players in a potential 433 formation: Aurier, Dier, Toby, Jan Sissoko, Skipp, Tanguy Gedson, Kane, Son Most of the players pictured in green bibs are those you'd expect to be on the bench OR are either recovering from injury/ suspended and you can't realistically make a coherent XI from them: Davies, Sanchez, Sess, Cirkin, White, Winks, Lo Celso, Dele, Lamela and Bergwijn (can't see Lucas or Foyth anywhere, although there was a rumour the latter may have an injury).
It's an extension of the sock code that existed in training under Poch, where players who were first team regulars wore home kit socks with their training kit while academy players wore away kit socks...which mainly made it look as if Nike forgot to make socks for our training kit
if so...makes sense as it looks like Jose seems to have gone right side defensive heavy to cover for Auriers lack of defensive brain cells
