Pretty much a repeat of the Juventus game by Pochettino. Chelsky will smell blood in the PL now, and rightfully so.
I’m not surprised by this result in the slightest, but I cannot fathom why we are persisting with Kane at the moment. He has been non existent since coming back from injury. Literally offered us nothing, yet without him we were scoring plenty of goals.
There's no getting away from it we've been poor after their first goal. Since going behind we've been awful. Deserve nothing out of that. They've learned **** all from the Juve game.
I can't believe what I'm seeing here. Losing 2-1 and you're not even trying? Really bizarre. I'd be absolutely fuming if I was a Spurs fan. That 2nd half was pathetic. Sorry, just being honest. Found it really odd.
He needs to be dropped. He’s miles off the pace, defenders are having an easy time against him, and it’s costing us results. Doesn’t matter who you are and how many goals you’re capable of getting, a team needs 11 dynamic players on the pitch who are up to the challenge. Kane isn’t at the moment.
sorry but for the first time under Pochettino I am genuinely pissed with him and the team. in the second half they did NOTHING.
Taylor is awful not as many as Taylor. Herrera and Valencia should both have been sent off but you just know that that is never going to happen.
All down to the manager. 1. Subs WTF the Davies/Moura sub, and Lamela with 5 mins to go ?? 2. I also truly believe that Pochettino behind closed doors does not give players the hairdryer treatment. I will put money on it that no player today is going home fearing for their Spurs career, or their lives.
which one of those players will demand to leave to win things after that performance? really gutted...our season is falling apart.
Old school semi final. A real grind - but that's the way Utd have to win these games. Kane was either not fit enough to play or very well marshalled - or a combination of the two. Vorm's selection might not have been a wise move. Great to be in The Cup final - it's still a great prize to win.
It’s a total lack of any ideas. We don’t shoot from distance, even when we face teams who sit back, and Kane’s lack of mobility is causing the central areas to be so narrow that we can’t break anyone down. We just pass it round on the edge of the box, before inevitably putting in a cross (**** most of the time) and hoping Kane will get on the end of it. Defenders are aware of his threat, so they are doubling up on him. An unfit Kane makes that challenge pretty easy. It was exactly the same against Brighton on Tuesday night. By the time we get to 60-70 mins in each game, we are literally just hoping for the best! You could see today that the players lost the faith.
