And then Walker gets loads of praise for not diving because "He easily could have gone down there"! It's remarkable how the footballing establishment just accepts one of the lowest forms of cheating.
The Sky hacks know that that's the only way that the likes of United and 'Pool will ever win anything these days, so they have support cheating across the board so as not to appear too hypocritical.
I'm not entirely sure why van Gaal keeps playing Mata as a winger. He's not effective in that position. Either play him in a more central position or don't play him at all. Been largely ineffective and every time he's been put under pressure with the ball at his feet, he's been forced to pass back to the defence. He's not exactly got blistering pace to beat his man.
