I don’t want to be critical but I wish that we would just be sensible when being 2-0 up. We always give the other team a chance the way we play. Sometimes it’s better to adjust the tactics for the circumstances.

The issue is the MF are not that technically competent.
They will make sloppy "unforced error" passes,
lose the ball in the physical tussle etc.

Often enough to lose today : time will tell.

Spurs missing both centre backs and Bentancur today. I have no sympathy for City

 

2-0 at half time. I definitely didn’t see that coming.

Still fancy City to win this game though

 

I am more tense than if we had been two goals down

 

Fantastic first half, incredible. But a long way to go. We have to make them win this from here now. No ****ing stupid mistakes and gift them a goal to get back into it. If they score next the game changes completely and they will go on and win 100%.
I can take losing if they play incredible football and take us apart, but not if we give it away with the weak mentality that this club has most of the time.
