Very tricky selection tomorrow - really not sure where we are fitness wise in midfield and we need to put out a side who will give them a decent game, and I am not sure its a game for youngsters either. Skipp has looked a little overawed in his last couple of appearances I worry that throwing him into the match tomorrow could be detrimental in the long run, but equally I am not sure who else we have available so it may have to be sink or swim for him.

Think It may have to be 5-4-1 tomorrow Lloris KWP, Toby, Sanchez, Jan, Davies, Dele, Eriksen, Skipp, Son, Llorente and hope that Dier & Lamela managed enough in training today to be on the bench.

Not sure I share your pessimism lads. Anyway, roll on tomorrow and roll on Ajax.

    Tomorrow
    Lloris
    Davies vertonghen Sanchez Toby Rose
    Eriksen Dier Dele Moura
    Llorente

If Dier ain't fit, would be tempted to start Skipp.

Would like Son to start v Brighton and West Ham with Mours starting v Ajax.

Is this the team in the mirror? And therefore is Rose playing right back?

Everyone has got City down to give us a trouncing with revenge in their eyes.

I'm thinking...it won't change the heartbreak of Wednesday so bollocks to them ha.

    Anyway

I'd love a draw out of this...I think if we get something then we are well and truly in their heads and that bodes well for the future.

Thin squad...let's not get hammered and I'll take it. Think we still have enough in the remaining fixtures to get top 4... Anyway it doesn't matter because we're going to wi....aaah don't worry people...like I'm going to say it

Have to agree with Spurf’s views on this one.
I can’t see anything other than a city win, as they’re gonna be hurting from Wednesday. And despite us going through, we still lost the game. With injuries and fatigue considered, and their much deeper squad, I’ll be astounded if we get anything from this game. I’d bite your hand off right now for a point.
Sadly I think it’s going to be a terrible weekend for us in terms of other results, too.
Let’s just hope the others around us slip up.
What we don’t want to see today is a 4/5-0 hammering. The goal difference is too important.

Parrott travelled but wasn't used on Wednesday so I'm expecting his debut, whether it be starter or more likely on the bench. Big incentives for youngsters here, a good performance could put them in the reckoning for Ajax due to our injuries.

Agree with what others are saying. Threadbare squad that's probably knackered up against the angry billionaires, there's a good chance we get slapped. Don't even care that much tbh so long as we keep our gd above United and Chelsea we should be okay for top 4.

Someone at Sky's got a sense of humour.

News that our scheduled Monday night fixture with Bournemouth, 48 hours prior to the second leg of the CL semi-final, has been moved hasn't centred on the funny bit........they've replaced us with Citeh v Leicester. <laugh>

There'll be more atmosphere on the moon than at that game....

"Who's playing at centre back today, boss?"

    All of them.

    "... and up front?"

    All of them.

    "In midfield?"

    None of them.

Gazza's got a 100% record so something has to go....his record or Citeh's title challenge. For me it's good, bring on the two strikers after 60 and Gazza's distribution might do the rest.
