How can he be the best ref in the EPL?? It doesn't say much for the standard of reffing nowadays.I surpose i'll leave judgement until the FA look at the Balotilli incident(from what i saw he is a dirty b******).If he is banned then we can only look back and think more pts gone coz of a ref. There shouldn't be too much of an issue - today's defeat is not the same as the 5-1 mauling we got in August. Hopefully the lads will, perhaps tomorrow, reflect on the match and think 'yeah we played well enough to get something from it - we were unlucky.'

Well with the Arsenal-United game now over, we sit 5 points off second and 8 off the top. Can't see us mounting a title challenge anymore, unless we get a serious shift in our luck. Our priority has (and always has been) top 4 - we should be looking to hold onto 3rd now.

Strangely subdued first half bearing in mind the 2 attacking sides selected but the second half was very even and a draw would probably have been the fairest result Mario was a disgrace and should get a ban,there can be no other outcome and I don't understand a referee of webbs experience not seeing it With arsenal losing its not the end of the world,with the games you have coming up I think winning the title was always likely to be difficult Good luck for the run in
Yes I do know what irony is. I understand why they booed, but do not condone it. The fans reaction was one thing, but RVP's was chilling. I fear it will take a minor miracle for us to keep him at the end of the season now, but pray that I am wrong.
