I have a huge amount of sympathy for Archie. Started every game twice a week in the wrong position then as soon as "experienced" players come back he disappears from sight. Manager then ignores multiple chances to bed him in at his preferred position of CM and then finally decides to do so...away from home against the best team in the country. There are no words to do justice to how Ange has ruined the squad this season.
And he has also managed to sap what remaining energy and enthusiasm Bergvall (our only functioning MF) probably has... Played him for the full 90+ minutes a few days before the most important game of his career and our season. The guy is a dumb-ass!
Colin would have done a better job with this squad than Ange has, not much better but we would in and around the fight for 10th!
Ange has praised the fact that we had "decent territory". Sounds like someone who has just won Yakutsk in a game of Risk. Does he even know what sport we're competing in?

With first glance data analytics, the goal tallies and table position suggest a serious outlier occurrence. But once you get other measures, and marry it with what your eyes are seeing, tis quite understandable and hardly astonishing wrt the above measures. yeah, I don’t see us picking up another point in our remaining games. If that happens, as you say, it’s only going to head towards “0” or a minus figure.
In a similar vein, if I can easily get past PL final tables in the same format, I will give the analytics around zero GD (pts, goal tallies etc) . I already suspect that what I could see will be yet another damning indictment of this season.
