Albeit a mistake I just have zero enjoyment watching us. This season has been a horrendous advert for football from us and it’s 90% on the manager. Turgid bollocks.

3 attempts against a team who ain't won away all season compared to their 8 ... I think we've been rubbish

Anyway, we’re gonna win 3-2, so who cares about that half.

The great shame is that it wasn't our worst half recently, and they haven't been that great either. 1st goal was a decent goal excellent first touch from Salah, but the 2nd one is a disaster, no way back with this team.

Dreadful. I jolly hope Kyle is fit enough to play the second half. We need to inject some pace.

Said the same. It’s on him, he’s holding us back, simple as that. Biggest disappointment of the season for us is Conte and we’ve had to watch Emerson and Sessegnon trying to play football.

I cannot recall the last time Spurs were 2-0 down at HT
at WHL and went on to win the game (and even then
someone that day must have thrown a bucket of ice water over rcl) .

With no Son, Kulusevski, Romero or Richarlison I didn't expect us to get anything from this game but we have been beyond poor in the first half...again.

3 attempts at home ... against a team who lost away to Forest two weeks ago ffs ... is appallingly bad.

This is our third loss in the last 4 premier league games.

No idea what is going on with our first half performances tbh but they are costing us big time.

Still not sure how that wasn’t a penalty. Anywhere else on the pitch or if sess does it to Trent then it’s definitely given as a foul.

I'll probably get flack for being negative, but this was all so predictable! <doh>

Royal and Sessegnon have proven week in week out that they are not good enough against anything above mid-table (and that's being generous).

At least if he played Gil and Spence there might have been something to pull Liverpool back a bit.

This is just suicide. A slow painful suicide.

It's hard to reply against this tide of negativity but I will still maintain that we were unlucky to be 2 down. That we were bright in that first half and tried to press them. So **** you all <laugh>

Royal and Sessegnon are simply not good enough.
EVERYONE sees it yet they get chosen week in week out.

Weve even got a song about Royal not being able to defend or attack ffs <laugh>
    Beyond my understanding tbh

The game was even when we conceded the second. When you're playing Liverpool you also need the game to be reffed fairly and clearly it wasn't. That non-penalty is one of the worst decisions I've seen, it couldn't have been more obvious and clearly an "obvious" error for VAR to intervene. If that is a pen and goes in, the whole game changes. So there are lots of comments here based on previous games and the scoreline. This one hasn't been as bad as that.
