The season isn't over. Champions League final and play-offs still to come. Our season's over, but that's been true for about six months.
So after a hellish season which has seen us less lurch from the sublime to the ridiculous and more deflate from December onwards, with some utterly insipid displays and quite possibly the most pathetic performance from us in a European tie in the history of the club, topped off with Sky apparently deciding we have to eat **** for the six ESL clubs with them going out of their way to unsettle not only one of our players but throw our entire team off kilter at possibly the worst time possible...and we still, somehow, get to lord it over the Woolwich Cuckoos while also doing the entire Premier League a favour by slapping the smug out of Leicester fans in the most obnoxious manner possible? You know, somehow, it feels like we've got our Tottenham back...
They were leading us twice at home, in a must win game for CL, and lost 4-2? That's ****ing so appalling as to be beyond words.
In the ten years before ENIC we bettered this season exactly once when we got 63 points. The fact that we now think that it is a disaster shows how much we owe to Levy.
