Need to win tonight or we’ll be at risk of drifting a bit in the CL league phase. But more importantly we just need to win for the home fans - the discourse around the club feels toxic at the moment. Even better would be a win and a somewhat exciting performance but we can’t hope for everything at once.

Nice little interchange between Udogie and Simons.

That's the advantage of having a naturally left footed player out on that mess of a flank.

Then Simons tackles RKM on the edge of their box and stops a promising attack. <doh>

Stadium is so soulless now, mentioned it the other day but it really has become one of the “meh” atmospheres of the Prem. All the noise already coming from Copenhagen.

Yeah he has to do better there. In the box is the only place he really shows the quality!

Lovely vision and ball from Odobert to create the chance though. For all we were just rinsing him <laugh>

Piss poor from Brennan there. Poor first touch, even worse second touch. Both on his stronger foot.

Oh that's rough and I hope she gets better soon. I've had it 4 times now and the last one back in June bloody floored me so I sympathise!

Hooe you see a victory and some goals..... Loads of seats available I see as well

It is becoming a problem. Of course it could be solved by winning the odd game. :bandit:

£60 to watch Copenhagen with all respect to them, I’m not surprised.

We are an utterly disgusting football club when it comes to pricing.

    Yeah that’ll always help.

But in the meantime, lower prices, do what we used to do back in the old days at WHL for Europa fixtures and designate the 1882 singing sections and watch the atmosphere roar again regardless of opposition.

Poor touch from Odobert moments after I said nice things about him. Back to calling him useless.

The midfield really lacks some cohesion, there’s been a few times already where two players go for the same ball and mess up the play.

Not too bad a start though. There’s some energy out there and a little inventiveness at least. Spence is a good player but Udogie gives us such balance down the outside left, and he’s physical enough to come inside and bring others into play too.

Really like the look of Kolo, just wish he had more/ better service. Actually looks like a footballer which helps, unlike Pigeon boy.

One message from the weekend seems to have been made clear - taking some shots at least might help us score.

    That’s the Brennan we love!

    The boy can finish.

Romero is a great player but he slows the game down walking with the ball when we need to be looking to move it quickly.

Lovely finish, good to see Udogie at the back post if Brennan had messed it up too.

Hopefully getting that assist sparks some life into Xavi too, he desperately needs some confidence. It was a nice ball over the top to set Johnson away.
