A4L's comment is very true. If we're a side that utilizes wingers, why are we not playing to our strengths? Yes, Lennon is injured, but why make things worse and play one of the best left sides players around, on the right hand side??! Not to mention the fact that we should have some other "decent" wide options as alternatives. We're third in the table, not 6th or 7th.We're a fast attacking side and things completely go to **** when we get and injury to one of the two wide players we have. We now need big players like Eden hazard in order to sustain our position, let alone progress. But that's a separate conversation in itself.
can you imagine if we did sign him? he would be played out of position for a start so that he is not very effective then it will look like he is rubbish and then knowing us we will loan him back to Everton where he excels again.....
