For once and only once I’m actually in agreement with Ange. Better to start him and take him off then bring him on and he struggles.

We are playing well. Having Micky back gets us on the front foot so much more. We just need to be patient, it’s never easy when the other team don’t try and attack.

 

Bit toothless so far. Considering Elfsborg haven’t started their domestic season yet, this is quite poor

Some won’t ever admit it but Spurs under Ange aren’t actually exciting most of the time.

 

Yep, a very tepid half with little in the way of an a threat in the final third. Saying that, their keeper has made two very good saves to keep it goalless....

 

It’s not that bad, it’s not easy when teams park the bus and we have had 2-3 decent chances. If one of them had gone in it would completely change the game. We just need to get through this without losing and no more injuries and I’ll be happy with that.
