Superb today, created plenty scored 3 and ended the last unbeaten record in Europe into the bargain. Our best performance of the season so far and what a good time to get it now if we can just keep this level performance going we will cement our place in top 3 and be lurking ready to pounce when Liverpool slip up and then who knows maybe City will be catchable too.
Food Shortage Alert - and not Brexit-related....... Today ... I love football... Sons goal was outstanding, the best we've played in a year or so, i was there and saw us beat chelsea for the first time live... yesterday I found out I have been wrongly paid for the past 5 years so I got a bit of back pay (£70) a tenner a month pay rise, and will get £600 quid extra in December's pay packet and £850 added to my pension. Been a good 24 hrs
A year ago I may have referred to Aurier and Sissoko as the FFS Twins... Today I am eating a ****ing massive fat bastard slice or two of humble pie...and it tastes real good! They, along with every other player were brilliant and it is fantastic to see Sissoko having his name sung...was a ****ing beast tonight...again!
We showed some real steel against the usual hard tackling from Chelsea, in fact we were harder. At one point I thought we had Ya Ya Toure in his pomp playing in midfield but no it was Sissoko. I was reminded of this
People around me (behind the goal where son scored were raving about his total performance. His tackle to win the ball and the a little side ways pass to Dele was what set Son off for his goal. Sissoko did several tackles like that and drove us forwards....hats off to the guy he has proved us all wrong...looking like a great Dembele replacement
Sissoko was awesome today backed up by some superb performances from all of our players we could have and should have scored at least another 4 or 5 oh well just hope we're saving that for inter and the goons.
I’m guessing now wouldn’t be a good time to point out to these Neanderthals that we managed to whoop their arses without having to bring on our best player of the season to date.... bitter feckers!
Damn it. I stupidly invited friends over for dinner tonight forgetting we’re playing the chavs. I glanced at my phone from time to time and couldn’t believe my eyes. We’re we as good as the score suggests? And did the Beast Sissoko play like a boss again?
