We proved that we can get at this Chelsea team in the first 15 minutes, if we keep going then we could pull goals back. And then we go and do that...
Thats the 3rd or 4th time we've allowed Drogba a yard or two of space on the edge of our box and it was bound to make us pay eventually.
We all knew deep down that we were not going to do anything here tonight...just hope its not a battering
By the way...4 years and 13 days ago on my daughters 13th birthday we were away to the goons where we hadn't won in around 20 years...we went 2 down but came back to win 3-2...just saying Coys
Business as usual for Spurs! God, we are so ****e! Yeah, me might well be up against the Prem champs-in-waiting, but we cannot even take care of the basics. I don't know what's happened to us, but we were not this bad before Bale became our one-man-team, so why are we this bad, now? Sack the manager? Sack the chairman? Get rid of all the players? No. I think we simply have to accept that we are a mid table team, then all the pain will disappear. It's the hope that we might be better that hurts so much. My only consolation is that, at least, we're not in danger of getting relegated. What's most galling is that we appear to have swapped places with Saints. Which is ironic, given that we have their manager!
Drogba diving blatantly, as usual. Very silly of Vertonghen to give him that opportunity by putting his hands on him, though.
Ok, what the hell is wrong with our keeper's kicking tonight? That's about five he's ballsed up and it's not even half-time yet.
Kane isn't good enough for a side with top 4 aspirations. I cannot criticise him for that, because we are not a side that ought to have hope of top 4. We simply are not good enough. Which is why we have Kane as our "star" striker. That is a measure of how bad we are.
