Kulusevski, Maddison, Bentancur, Kudus, Davies, Richarlison and Bergvall are all long-term injured.
Palhinha may be available, but "it will be a tight one".
Neither side has any suspensions.

Lineups for each side's last league game:

Spurs:
Vicario; Porro, Romero, van de Ven, Davies; Gallagher, Gray; Odobert, Simons, Tel; Kolo Muani.
Subs: Kinsky, Spence, Dragusin, Danso, Udogie, Bissouma, Bergvall, Solanke, Scarlett.
League form: LWDDLL.

Burnley: Dubravka; Tuanzebe, Esteve, Humphreys; Walker, Ugochukwu, Florentino, Pires; Edwards, Anthony; Broja.
Subs: Weiss, Ekdal, Hartman, Mejbri, Laurent, Bruun Larsen, Tchaouna, Foster, Barnes.
League form: DDLLDD.

Ref: Peter Bankes. VAR: Craig ****ing Pawson.

TV: Not televised in the UK.

How would you like to line up for this one and how do you think we actually will line up?

Watching RKM recently you can visibly see why some (many) players just don't make it at the very top.

It isn't about ability. At this level, all every player has known since the age of 7 has been football excellence. They've all been blessed with prodigious natural talent.

The difference is in mentality.

We have too many players whose mentality is weak as piss. And RKM epitomises that. Brennan was another one - glad we got rid. Vicario, Bentancur, Richarlison next out the mentality door please.

There are many things that you can criticise Richarlison for.
Mentality is not one of them, in my opinion.
Always works his arse off and his teammates seem to love him.

With respect, you are confusing attitude for mentality.

Yes he works hard, but he's so blatantly a confidence player. Misses a golden chance and his body language betrays him. Shoulders slump, head down, spends the rest of the game overcompensating for the mistake and ends up resembling a very hard working headless chicken.

good point tbh

yes scores goals but usually pointless ones in the scheme of the game…not always…but often.

When you think about it…Richarlsison’s ****housery is his best attribute and that definitely is an attitude thing I guess

Nah. That's just a personality.

He could be packing boxes in a warehouse, he'd still take time to sellotape a colleague's lunch to the production line.

Probably because we create a chance for him once every five games.

So we have gone with 5 defenders, against Burnley. Not sure this is the “spurs” way!
