I’ve just seen this and then seen on sky sports news that your game has been abandoned. Why?

Interesting team, no doubt rotated after the Super Cup.

Vicario
Porro Romero VdV Spence
Gray Sarr
Kudus Bergvall Johnson
Richarlison

Seems most likely, though it could be

Vicario
Gray Romero VdV
Porro Sarr Bergvall Spence
Kudus
Johnson Richarlison

Though with a healthy group of CBs on the bench I doubt Frank would be sticking Gray in a back 3 if he wanted to use that formation, so 433 surely most likely.

Has johnson played on the right for us often ?

Pre match observations...
1. Still a lot of Asian fans here so they obviously ain't tourists
2. Really good atmosphere
3. Pre match warm up very different. Practising defending corners and free kicks.

And I'm still as pessimistic as ever

Early notes

Great movement from Richy for the goal. I think he has that penalty box instinct and first time finishes more than Solanke, who is probably the better all round player.

Archie Gray looks a little lost as the 6. Maybe he’s being marked well but he isn’t finding space or dragging players away to allow the CBs to progress the ball.

We need to be a bit cannier. Can’t be doing the little shoves in the back (like Spence a few minutes ago) in our defensive third - it gives the opportunity for their players to go down and get the free kick, which is what they want.

Romero is having a bit of a mare so far. Misplaced passes and unnecessary fouls.

Overall we started well, but have gone off the boil last 10.
