Much higher up in the hills. 10th highest ground in England.
Get into The Pennines and the weather is very different.
The other night the M62 was closed due to snow at the point it crosses Saddleworth Moor, 15-20 miles east of Manchester, where there was no snow whatsoever.

They have it, same as City do but City still had a large team of groundsmen out at half time clearing the pitch because the heating couldn't cope.
It was nowhere near as bad around here as it was up Burnley.

I'll accept that. In which case it should have been obvious that the game could not be played well before it was finally called off.

In today's Mirror Dyche is quoted as saying "the undersold heating was on overnight".

The home club should be made to repay fans travel costs for postponed games in the Premier League. It ain't fair imho for fans to pay a £70-100 return train fare or petrol money only to have a game called off.

Premier league clubs can afford to at least do that.

Spurs have offered free coach travel for the rearranged fixture or offering a full refund for the ticket.

Good to see people won’t be too much out of pocket

Some of our poor away supporters will have to have visited Burnley three times this season.
I'm sure that's against some sort of convention.

I was more bothered with Google changing it to "undersold" to notice that.
    What is undersold hearing ?
Is AutoCorrect run by Ronnie Barker?

Get holed up in a Wetherspoons for 3 days in the snow- Bells +mixer & Becks bottles for 99p. You only need £20. What’s not to like?

    Ghastly thought that.

I went there in 2017 and have vowed to never return.

It’s grim up North, get over it.
But beer and sandwiches are a lot cheaper based on my experiences at Euston station.
