It's his first ever PL goal. Loooooong overdue. Talk about the kiss of death. I'll shut up from now on!
Kane getting a bit carried away and trying to hit one from a really dodgy angle. Not a million miles away with the shot, but ambitious, at best. Stambouli's on and is instantly penalised for handball, despite it being hit at hit at pace from close range. Harsh.
What a thoroughly entertaining first half of football. Good pace and great goals. Only downer is the injury to Mason. Let's hope it's just a knock and nothing serious.
Decent first half, very watchable and entertaining, with some good goals, nice play and hard work. Both sides are really putting in a lot of effort, closing down well and forcing mistakes, which makes it interesting. We need to be more composed on the ball, play it around a bit and force them back. Tire them out and stop them from being so enthusiastic about running about.
Thought we were very good but Burnley are playing some dangerous balls and we all know how vulnerable our defence can be. 2 brilliant strikes, really pleased for Lamela getting off the mark in the league for us. Should really be more than one up, and we need to be, it just takes one of those punts behind the defence to find it's man for them to get level. Credit to Pochettino(and RWAEB), Mason and Lamela both did really well in the first half. Fazio needs a f**ing boot up the arse though, his marking once again was appalling for the Barnes goal.
I think if that was a SAF ManU at Old Trafford, then that would have been a pen where the defender headed it onto the arm of another defender.
Really crappy start to the second half, giving away two corners in quick succession. We need to drain their confidence and this isn't helping.
Ings is causing us real problems on the break. Out of contract at the end of the season and English. Someone will snap him up.
Chadli puts it in the net, but he's offside. Hasn't done much apart from that this half, unfortunately.
