As Danny boy did say : we equalise before they do. That is the difference between today and the Villa game. Brighton will fancy going 1-0 up now and seeing out the half while frustrating Spurs (second yellows for some) and possible counter-attacking goals.
The last seven days has given me two additional reasons to despise Steven Gerrard. First the tactics Villa used which took out Doherty for the season, and secondly the fact those tactics planted a seed in Potter's head to try the same thing today
Two clear yellows, ono of which was closer to a red, and follows up with an ‘ accidental’ foul. Now Potter will sub him at half time and send on someone else to kick our players. He also missed the. deliberate foul on Kulu. He really is a poor referee.
I think he’s been relatively lenient for both sides as Kulusevski on another day could’ve easily gotten a straight red. Ultimately we should be more aggrieved with our performance so far than the refs.
One of those games where you need someone on the bench who can win a game. Not sure beyond the first 11 that Spurs have anyone that can do that
The BBC seem to have mistaken us for Liverpool... https://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/live/fo...5ab9a9b1e16c43aefe65e7&pinned_post_type=share
This is a game where we realise what Skippy brought to the team, as he'd be pulling the stuffed middle out of position
Winks and Lucas on when you need a goal. Is this Conte’s way of reminding Levy that he still needs a few more
