Match Day Thread Tottenham Hotspur v Brighton & Hove Albion

Apparently there’s quite a few Plymouth fans taking advantage of the tickets going to General Sale, and so going to two ‘big’ grounds in 1 day (their game at Chelsea is a lunchtime ko)

 

So much talk about football over the last couple of weeks I am looking forward to seeing some Spurs action on the pitch at last.

 

Conte’s said both new boys will be in the squad but won’t start. Surprised Bentancur is included, I thought he may have arrived a bit too late to be in consideration but good to see that he is.

Also reckons Kulusevski can play as a 10 but also has the potential to play RWB… not sure about that one, lol.

Seems happier with the squad though, mentions it’s more complete but that we need to not make big mistakes in the market… don’t we know it, Antonio, don’t we know it!

On the bad news front, Skipp’s injured. As is Tanganga.

Winks and Hojbjerg midfield then I’d imagine seeing as Conte’s said Bentancur and Kulusevski won’t start.

 

Yeah I imagine it’ll be 343 then, unless Harvey White gets a start at the base of a midfield 3, which I honestly wouldn’t be against. Really like him, smooth player and lovely left foot.

Genuine see no risk in those three leaving...they were not good for the team nor fit for purpose

 

I was offered tickets for tonight and nearly took them , would have nice to go with my son and 6 yr old grandson ,see the Spurs playing under lights at the new stadium in the FA cup then remembered the ko time , so much for thinking of the fans

 

Both new boys on the bench as expected and no Dier is a surprise.

if the team don't front up today the Plymouth boys may
launch a "class action" against Levy for breach of the
