After 3 games, EL qualification looked tricky. Very jammy getting through with 8 points. Name on the trophy?
They might have a point, the way Messi came on and climbed straight into Sissoko's pocket, he might find himself in Barca's b team next week.
So far Barca has the widest victory margin of points in the groups......6 and the leaders of others have 12 points with one match still to play and Porto are looking very strong so I doubt it. Still we haven't lost on match day six, that's what kept me going.
Tough group. As soon as we got Inter out of Pot 4, it was obviously going to be difficult. PSV are durable and well coached. Inter aren't Juve but they're the best Pot 4 team by a mile and a half. Given that we chucked the first 3 games, it's more brave than jammy. It's a marker of significant improvement to dig it out from 1 point from 3 games. We're learning.
Ye Gods. Who would have thought it after our start? Why do we not turn up in some games. Anyway.....well done Spurs (he says swallowing a bottle of Viagra. Damn it.Wrong pills again!!!!)
Somebody on this site posted when the group was announced that Inter were having problems and wouldn't qualify, something about depth of squad, well done that man.
Another great European night for our club. Dead and buried and we qualified. Come on Levy....back the gaffer in January.
Love catching up on a thread when the game has gone our way...just read P30...can't wait to read the next page! I know what's coming...
