I don’t like Mourinho, never have and never will. I’ve never seen the media obsession with him and a lot of his comments are cringey. With the players I definitely don’t hate them but there is a few I dislike and there are so many that I just feel no ‘connection’ to and I couldn’t care less if they were sold. In fact other than Kane & Son, I don’t think there is one that I’d be bothered if they left this summer.

So....Ledley at the back, Chirpy in the middle, Hugo up top, Harry in goal, Levy on the bench?
This has been suggested as the starting XI... Lloris Tanganga, Rodon, Sanchez, Reguilon, Lo Celso, Hojbjerg, Ndombele, Lucas, Kane, Vinicius I do hope so but it's probably too little too late...if only he'd tried something more like this a long time ago.... Even if we get trounced, it isn't the same old **** and personnel that we know won't work....and if my eyes don't deceive me, that looks like 4-3-3, at ****ing last!
If that proves to be true I’d be happy with that. Still a bit risky for Kane to start after the amount he’s played but the intent to shift a lot of the **** from the XI gets a from me. I’d love for the likes of Scarlett, Devine and Mathurin to be on the bench too. Jose probably doesn’t realise how many brownie points he’d score with the fans by doing that.
IMHO, I don't think this is the time to be ruffling more feathers. Start the club's best eleven and play them in their correct position. Give them time to set the record straight on the pitch. The time for chatting sh*t has come and passed. Outstanding Issues should to be resolved at end of the season. When all is said and done thou., none of these players came to this club to be serial losers. We play today and we win.
The fact that Toby and Aurier had to be ill at the same time in order to get Tanganga and Rodon some minutes is an issue That being said, Toby misses the game through illness yet Dier remains on the bench...
I mean yes, it's a statement but at the end of the day it's a team of strangers that includes 4 players who have barely kicked a ball this season. As @BajanSpur said, the time for making statements has been and long gone.
We're certainly making a statement Namely that Matt Doherty shouldn't be looking to buy property in London anytime soon
