Interesting comments from Ange after the game.

I'm definitely reading too much into it, but my gut says he'll walk at the end of the season if we haven't made clear progress, which translates into top 4 or a trophy.

Sometimes, out here,I long for the smell of the crowd and the sound of the turf! Then again, remembering after matches like this drove me to the pub wishing we had a couple of players that would die for the team.....and wishing an end to our sideways backwards play and remembering what the likes of Cliff Jones did when he received the ball....! Things like this come to mind after yet another crappy giveaway game.Do our players want to succeed or do a Harry?

The relegation fight is actually really good fun tbh.. much more intense than a middle table battle... you'll enjoy it.

So intense... games last for what feel like months when your holding on to a draw. Then the other team scores and essentially removes your soul.

Those 95 minute winners can make one spit nails......unless your team scored it.

Artetas a giant bellend but even i have to disagree with that.

    Arteta inherited

    Leno
    Maitland niles
    David luiz
    Sokratis
    A young but unknown saka
    Torreira
    Xhaka
    Nelson
    An over the hill ozil
    A slowing down aubamayang
    Lacazette.

That team is probably the same standards as yours now if not worse.

To be fair to king, hes just opposed to ange and doesnt enjoy what he is doing.

You are right you need stability but at the same time you were the first one to call for Conte to go (for his style of football) when his results went down hill. Admittedly he was confrontational and angry and didnt work well with levy but even if he has you would have been more than happy to get rid purely because his football is boring as hell even if it meant throwing away stability.

I guess this is kings thoughts on ange because he doesnt seem to care about defending or defending set pieces.

Its all good having a bunch of great youngsters but without consistent results or a strong leader, these young players might never develop into superstars.

There have been loads of great young teams that never developed to their potential, wenger and his youth team being one of them.

That Arsenal back line playing an Ange system would be absolute comedy gold
