Now UEFA land 2023-24 is open, watch the results
of last seasons' top 7 up to mid december (as they
have to balance the PL campaign with the group stages) .

Similarly we'll see whereabouts Spurs are,
Then again after FA cup R3 is okayed,

I’d be well happy with top six tbh, after losing Kane and changing over 75% of our XI in one summer it felt like this was gonna be a season of potentially enjoyable football but perhaps not always enjoyable results. So far we’ve been having enjoyable football and largely good results. Ideally keep it up, get back into Europe, back Ange some more and it could be an exciting period for us, we’ve waited long enough for one!

Not particularly relevant to the result, but is running into the crowd not a booking any more?
    When did that stop?

Lucky Gooners that we don't really have any quality to replace Madison or Son

We lost our attacking prowess once they went off

    Disappointed we didn't win

I said that at the time. He didn't actually jump in, but he was grabbed by the fans, so I see little difference.

It’s a pity that Sheff utd, Luton and Burnley are so bad. Otherwise Chelsea would be relegation candidates. <laugh>

Now to take a trip to the salt mines, starting with The Short Fuse

Honestly, I was not impressed by Tottenham. They attack well enough with James Maddison pulling the strings, but they didn’t show much ability to control a match or dictate the tempo. Had Arsenal been even 75% of what we think they’re capable of, the Gunners would have won handily. You can probably attribute some of Arsenal looking off to the way Spurs played, but it feels like more of Arsenal’s failing than Spurs’ success that was the story of the day.

Cry. Cry like your manager cried
