0-1 HT. ****e. Quite typical of games that we've gone behind in this season. Clearly the better team and in control, then making a silly mistake at the back and conceding. Need to sort our set-pieces out and take our bloody chances in the second half. Losing this would be a disaster.
We have looked really good. Noticed that the BT commentators tailored what they were saying according to the scoreline toward the end of the half rather than the way the teams were playing. Doesn't make them a better team. I know that's what Ramsey meant to do with that weird shot, but doesn't mean that 9 out of 10 times it would have come off! Over so many years I have lived with hope rather than expectation that we would do well in the NLD. Now we have the team to really do it and the scoreline just isn't fair.
We look to happy to dominate the game rather than actually win it. Looked like we were enjoying outplaying them rather than actually beating them. Too much mercy. Not clinical enough. Lacking in killer instinct.
Come on. Show some composure and we can bloody win this. Might be an idea to get Lamela off, so he doesn't even things up.
