We miss sandro but we also miss having someone to pass the ball to in midfield, who can keep it.

Adebayor is drifting and Bale is roaming, a real lack of cohesion which plays into the goons hands as they can pass the ball for fun all day.

 

Adebayor seems to have been listening to another game plan to the rest of the team!..

 

How can he book Adebayor for that and ignore Vermaelen's a minute earlier?

 

I was just about to type 'Well we're 20 mins in and Adebayor hasn't got sent off yet' and then he does that.

Granted it was only a yellow but there's no need for that.

 

If I were AVB I would be seriously tempted to sub off Adebayor for Defoe right now.

 

SALEX once said the when you go to Tottenham, they throw everything at you for the first 20 minutes then burn out. A slow start is not the end of the world. However, Ade getting booked is worrying. I wonder how fit JD is?

 

I've always said Bale can't play as a striker, but **** it! take Adebayor off, put Bale upfront, holtby through the middle and at least we have players that can pass the ball.

 

Bale is playing AHEAD of Adebayor, whats the point of Adebayor being on the pitch? hes a loose canon and its like playing with 10 men!
