Just seen our disallowed goal and not given penalty in the first half yesterday. I get the disallowed goal cos the ball hit Sanchez on the hand (accidentally) and set him up for the shot but how can VAR not give the penalty?
Presumably for the shirt pull on Son? At the game it didn't even look like VAR looked at it. I haven't seen it since but it looked blatant.
why do you keep doing this to yourself.? just accept VAR is & always will be **** and you will find a new contentment with your life little grasshopper . PS have absolutely no idea what decision you're on about but that really makes no difference tbf
I have been anti VAR since Feb 2018 after I went to the Spurs v Rochdale match and witnessed the biggest refereeing farce I have seen. Just amazes me how awful VAR is...to everyone.
I've never seen Jose so blooming happy. Keeps on smiling.....as though he is in heaven. (Perhaps he is!!?)
I keep trying to post stuff from Facebook, but it never works. Not sure if it's me, or it is just not possible.
I forgot to mention Lerma being a twat, again. Constant fouls, then gets really dirty when they're losing. Was it him that stepped on Alli's foot and caused the ruckus? Wasn't paying close attention at the time and missed it. Looked like someone tried to copy the foot stamp that he did last season on Son. ****ers.
It wasn't him but in the second half, one of their players bent in half and backed into an air borne Harry Kane, causing him to fall awkwardly to the ground. There was no attempt to play the ball and that kind of action could only be an attempt to injure the innocent player. I recall Michael Dawson copping for one of these and being out for months. It's a seriously dangerous foul but modern referees just let this kind of thing go. In the far more physical game of Rugby Union, it's a serious offence to 'play the man' when he's off the ground and rightly so. Football has really lost sight of what's foul play and what is seriously dangerous. You get sent off for a bit of 'handbags', whilst endangering a fellow player's career counts for nothing. Again, it's not VAR that's the problem, it's the officials and the direction that they're given.
Come now Brian. Surely you realise that having an imaginary line drawn from your armpit to the ground is more of a threat than potentially damaging a spinal cord?
