2-0. Alli. Very nice move and Moura heavily involved, again.

Brilliant goal that. Lucas has been phenomenal in pre-season, be great if he takes this form into the league.

Bergwijn’s finishing will be the death of me. Been so lively but he’s ****ing gash in front in goal.

Bergwijn should make it 3-0. Keeper does well to read it and stay on his feet, but it's not a great finish.

Whiteman catching that free-kick. Don't see that done very often any more.

Paskotsi and Davies replace Reguilon and Doherty.

One thing I've noticed in our games so far is Lucas often switches from being a RW to an AM with the ball at his feet, and that's opening up channels that wouldn't be if he stuck to the wing

Also, credit to Bergwijn for what he's done in this offseason, as he hired his own fitness team to get his sharpness back and it certainly has showed when he's on the ball. Now all he needs is a couple of his efforts to go in and his confidence will start to come back

Several chances to make it 3-0 and a lot of pissing around.

Scarlett and Omole replace Son and Skipp. Omole in the midfield or 5 at the back?

Terrible from MK but Lucas deserves that.

3-0. Moura intercepts and puts it in the corner.

Really good finish and well deserved. Has worked his socks off and created a helluva lot.

They play out from the back constantly and that's the risk. Ambitious stuff.

Moura, Alli and Bergwijn replaced by White, Parrott and Clarke.

3-1. Freeman. Poorly dealt with set-piece and a deflected finish beats Whiteman, who'll be pissed.

I haven't seen a CB in white put his own team in danger with a hospital ball out from the back since Eric Dier against Colchester last week

Fagan-Walcott replaces Tanganga. Whiteman and Carter-Vickers the only remaining starters.

Surely we're trying to drum up interest in CCV

Which is odd, as for the past 4-5 weeks there's been a cascade of teams reportedly interested in him, including Newcastle, Celtic, Fulham, Bournemouth, Sheffield United and Cardiff...

He played a lot in the last pre-season, too. Not sure he's done his chances any harm, though.
He's not been amazing, but he's fairly comfortable in a defence with a lot of changes and not much experience.

MOTM for their keeper. Did well. Stopped several very good chances.
