One strand of hope is that he's just pulling a Rooney. If that is the case, maybe Liverpool should agree a price with Chelsea. But Man U & Rooney deserve each other. It's hard to imagine that Torres deserves Chelsea, even now.

Either way, if he's still with us come Tuesday, I hope fans will continue to encourage him.
 
I don't have any. And I got banned . Bow it was basically a sad thread for people who think it is funny to try to bully someone. Pretty much sums this poster up actually.
 
If Torres ends up staying during this transfer window, do you think continued improvement from the squad in the coming months will change his mind? Or is it a money issue (like Rooney/Tevez) More importantly, do we want him to stay? Will the Kop get behind him or boo him? I just can't undersdand how in just a few weeks he's gone from saying he will see out his contract to handing in a transfer request a few days before the deadline. It's bizarre.

I would boo him. I am not mad at him for wanting out but he has done it like a ****
