Well if Suarez is off to Madrid (sorry i know we have tonnes of threads already). Could it be Higuain or Benzema?
Higuain I thought was off to Juve and Benzema seems reasonably settled (this may change if Suarez moves though).
By the way I am thinking "REALLY Big" players here, all this talk does seems a little delusional.
Another possible guess
Isn't Robiniho unsettled at the moment? although wasn't he a flop in the premier league a couple of seasons ago? Nonetheless I still think you are having us all on Hadron
Higuain I thought was off to Juve and Benzema seems reasonably settled (this may change if Suarez moves though).

Robinho was only seen as a flop because his pricetag and disappearance over the winter. He got a lot of plaudits too.
I wouldn't mind Robinho at the right price and wages so long as he WANTS to play for Liverpool Football Club!
I don't get this rumour any more than Torres. Villa was great back when Rafa wanted to buy him but he's 32 now. I'd rather have FT back. For a bloke off-form he's scored the winner in two recent European finals. But I wouldn't buy Rodgers a kitten. Any bloke who says he can't use Andy Carroll is like a plumber who can't use a monkey wrench. The problem is when we have to hire a new plumber, we'll have sold half our various tools for a set of screwdrivers.

He never said he can't use Andy Carroll. BR has said that he won't be first choice because he prefers a pass and move style that Andy doesn't fit into very well and therefore Carroll would be on the bench a lot, much like he did at Swansea with Danny Graham.
You seem a intelligent guy when you contribute seriously but these sort of things (anything but BR / FSG) really do let you down
Edit: for the record, I should point out that agree with you on Torres / Villa

Torres is not te player he used to be but then again he's still useful and his price would reflect that he is no longer a superstar. If we got him for 10mil I wouldn't be outraged as long as te scrote grovelled

Agree with this. Tbh the only time I would want us to sign a 30+ year old striker is if it was like when we signed Bellamy the 2nd time as he still had some pace and was a complete nuisance (in every sense) to the opposition.
